If your activation email has expired and you can no longer log in, contact your Cloud Licensing administrator. They can delete and recreate your user account, which will trigger a new activation email and give you another 24-hour window to activate your account.
If you are the Cloud Licensing administrator
- Log in to Cloud Licensing https://sbgsoftware.com/login.
- Navigate to Admin All Users.
- Find the user in question, and select Delete.
- Recreate the user by following this article: How To Create a New User.
