Description

You are unable to connect to Focus Server from Client.

Resolution

Ensure the Focus Clients have the same IP scheme, with the same subnet mask and default gateway, as the capture server. For example:

Focus Server - 192.168.50.10 / 255.255.255.0 / 192.168.50.1
Focus MacBook Pro - 192.168.50.55 / 255.255.255.0 / 192.168.50.1
iPad - 192.168.50.56 / 255.255.255.0 / 192.168.50.1
