Bug fixes
- Fixed: Stopping HLS re-stream could make Focus Server crash.
- Fixed: Recording of HLS streams wouldn't resume properly if the stream had restarted.
- Fixed: Blackmagic inputs would stay in Ready state after being disconnected.
- Fixed: Blackmagic inputs could sometimes get stuck in "Initializing" state.
