How to Activate Your Catapult Pro Video Account

Activating an Account on the Cloud Licensing

1. Once a new Catapult Pro Video Account has been created, the new user will receive the following email:
   
   

   Please note the email is only valid for 24 hours.
2. Click the link to activate the account, and fill in the email, temporary password, new password, and confirm it.
   
   
3. Follow the password requirements provided in the email:
   • At least 8 characters long
   • Must contain upper case letters
   • Must contain lower case letters
   • Must contain numbers 
4. Choose Log In.
