Next-Level Annotations
Our Annotations have evolved. We’ve introduced a suite of new tools, deep customisations, and performance enhancements designed to make your presentations look better and your workflows move faster. The changes are summarised below:
New Customisations
- Expanded Player Icons: Choose from three new professional icon styles to better identify players on the pitch.
- Enhanced Polygon Fills: Apply three new fill styles to polygons for clearer zone identification.
- Automated Metrics: Overlay live Distance and Speed metrics directly onto your annotation tools.*
- Refined Icon Text: Customise player labels with increased control over text formatting and positioning.
- Re-vamped Notes Overlays: Add a sleek look for all clips with new Title and Notes overlays.
- Dynamic Arrow Depth: Add depth to your analysis with adjustable height properties for arrow heads and tails.
- Granular Player Links: Assign unique properties and styles to individual players within a single link.
- Cleaner Move/Erase: Utilise granular masking for a sharper, distraction-free visual finish.
*Automated Metrics require perspective with accurate dimensions.
New Tools
- Rectangle Space Tool: Quickly define tactical zones with a dedicated rectangular shape.
- Circle Space Tool: Highlight passing lanes or player radials with circular zones.
- Image Tool: Embed external images or logos directly onto the video for advanced branding and reference.
Faster Workflows
- Multi-Select and Edit: Batch-edit your work by selecting multiple annotations to trim or sync them to a specific timestamp simultaneously.
Other Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Added support for Single and Batch Ingest of Impect eventing alongside STS positioning data.
- You can now download Impect Eventing with STS Positioning in the Download Manager.
- Fixed: Download Manager could fail to grab the correct fixture information for the displayed season.
- Fixed: Ingest new matches for batch ingesting could sometimes not work for certain providers.
- Fixed: Sequences ending in own goals would display for the wrong team.
- Fixed: MatchTracker will now show Runs in Behind Alerts for German 3.Liga fixtures using STS positioning.
- Fixed: Negative values in charts did not work correctly.
- Fixed: Large Presentation packages would hang when auto-saving.
- Fixed: The app needed to be force quit when presentation packages were failing to save.
- Fixed: Faststart will now apply to full match video exports when needed.
- Fixed: Second contact player could sometimes be incorrect.
- Fixed: Changing a freeze frame duration could cause an app crash.
- Fixed: Images wouldn't refresh when navigating between images.
- Fixed: Various annotations were erroneously rotating by 90 degrees under some circumstances.
