It depends whether you have access to the wired network infrastructure, or need to use a wireless access point to restream video wirelessly between devices.
WIRED NETWORK
We recommend restreaming using UDP on stable networks where lowest possible latency is desired.
UDP operates on a ‘push’ basis, where Focus Server restreams to a specific multicast URL, and the Client connects to that URL to see the feed.

How to Set Up
In Focus Server > Recorders > Edit in the lower section, select Blackmagic recorder and click ‘Restreaming’ column, select UDP, then click the tick to confirm.
WIRELESS NETWORK
We recommend restreaming using HLS.
HLS operates on a ‘pull’ basis. The Client connects to the Focus Server and pulls the video over the same network adapter the connection is made, effectively eliminating a lot of potential issues.
