Video is Buffering During Playback

Issue

Video is buffering during playback.

Resolution

1. Reduce delay setting
   • In Focus Client Settings Video select: Playback Recordings - Adjustable Delay
   • Set Playback Buffer Size (sec): 0.1
     
     
      
2. If connecting wirelessly, ensure re-streaming protocol setting is HLS and not UDP
   • In Focus Server Recorders Edit in the lower section, select Blackmagic recorder and click ‘Re-streaming’ column, select HLS, then click the tick to confirm.
