As a license admin, you can set a password for a specific user in SBG Cloud. This helps prevent issues when a user misses the 24-hour account activation deadline.
If needed, the user can later log in to SBG Cloud and ask the license admin to trigger a password reset again.
- Log in to Cloud Licensing https://sbgsoftware.com/login.
- Navigate to Admin All Users.
- Find the user in question, and select Set Password.
- Enter the new password and save. The user will then be able to log in using the updated credentials.
