How To License or Revoke a License on a Machine

Licensing a Machine

1. Launch the Cloud Licensing application https://sbgsoftware.com/login.
2. Enter your Credentials.
   
   
   
3. Notice once you sign in, you will see a window for how long your subscription is valid for and how long you can be disconnected from the internet before the app will prompt you to connect to the internet.
   
   In the image below, you can see that it will expire on June 29th, 2022. There is a grace period of 7 days to continue using the software offline or after the license has expired.
   

Revoking a Server License

1. If you have access to the machine, choose the License tab, click Licensing, and choose Log Out.
   
   
2. If you do not have access to the machine, log in as an Administrator to the Cloud Licensing https://sbgsoftware.com/login 
   Navigate to Admin  All Licenses, and find the machine and choose Revoke.

Revoking a Client License

1. If you have access to the machine, choose the key icon in the lower right corner, then choose Log Out.
   
   
2. If you do not have access to the machine, login as an Administrator to https://sbgsoftware.com/login 
   Navigate to Admin All Licenses, and find the machine and choose Revoke.
