Licensing a User Manually
Manual licensing is used when a user cannot log into the software due to lack of internet connectivity, preventing license validation.
Steps for the User

Open Focus.

Click the Hamburger icon in the top right-hand corner of the login page and select Manual Licensing.

Click Save License Request File and share it with your Catapult Pro Video Administrator.
Steps for the Administrator
- Log in to Cloud Licensing at https://sbgsoftware.com/login.
- Navigate to the Upload menu.
- Select the user from the Who is this license for? dropdown menu.
- Upload the License Request File.

Once the license request is approved, navigate to Admin > All Licenses.
- Use the search bar to filter licenses by user, then click Download next to the product that needs licensing.
Completing the Process
- Return to Focus and select Import License to apply the downloaded license.
