Note: Each license seat can only be used by one user at a time. If you need to free up a seat, see the instructions below.
Licensing a Machine
- Launch the Focus/Hub/MatchTracker application.
- Enter your Credentials.

Notice: Once you sign in, a window will appear showing how long your subscription is valid and the maximum time you can be disconnected from the internet before the app prompts you to reconnect.
In the image below, you can see that the license will expire on June 29, 2022. A 7-day grace period allows you to continue using the software offline after the license has expired.
How a Non-Admin User Can Free a License Up for Another User
- Any user can free up a license for someone else. If you have access to the machine, go to the License tab, click Licensing, and select Log Out.

This makes the license available for another user to use on a different machine.
Revoking a License as a Admin
- Login as an Administrator to https://sbgsoftware.com/login
- Navigate to Admin > All Licenses, locate the machine and license you want to revoke, and select Revoke.
- This will free up the license, making it available for someone else to use.
- After revoking the license, you also have the option to delete it.
