Viewing Sessions
- Click the Sessions icon in the left-hand menu.
- All sessions shared with you will appear on the main screen.
- Switch between List View and Table View using the toggle in the top right-hand corner.

Sort sessions by:

Modified Date
-
Creation Date
-
Item Date
-

Use the Filter option to open the Filters menu on the left-hand side, allowing filtering based on label information.

Within each session, the Description displays the label types applied to that session.
Viewing Tags

Open a session to view the video players with the timeline.

Click the arrow midway down the left-hand side to reveal tags.
All Tags
- You will see all tags created in that session.
- Click a specific tag to jump to that point in the timeline. The selected tag will be highlighted in green.
- To view tag properties, click the arrow to the right of the tag.
- Depending on permissions, you can edit:

Tag Name
-
Tag Duration
-
Tag Colour
-
Default Notes
You can also see labels attached to the tag.

Users with Commenter permissions or higher can write and send a comment on a tag.

To return to All Tags, select the back arrow next to the Tag Name.
My Tags
- My Tags displays all tags you have created.

Session Controls
- Controls are located at the bottom left of the session screen:
From left to right, you have the ability to:

Filter Filter based on Tags, Labels, Users, and Sources. The Search bar filters across all fields. |

Show Notes Notes appear below the Tag Name. |

|
Delete Tag Enabled for Editor/Admin users only. |

|
Create Tag Enabled for Editor/Admin users. Opens a Create Tag pop-out window to create a clip at the current timeline position. |
Clips adopt default properties set in Settings > Tagging.

|
Add Selected to Collection/Presentation Add the selected tag to a new Collection or Presentation. |
Video Timeline Controls
Controls beneath the timeline include:

Additional options:
- Click the time signature to toggle display:

Time relative to the beginning of the video footage

Time relative to Timing Tags (green on the timeline)

- Click the Camera icon to toggle between channels.
- View video in full screen.
Creating Quick Tag
- Users with Editor/Admin permissions can create a Quick Tag above the video.
- Selecting this option will add a tag with default properties (Tag Name, Note, Pre/Post Roll Time, and Colour) to both All Tags and My Tags.
