Adding External Videos into Presentations/Collections in the Hub

Presentations

1. Open an existing Presentation.
   
2. Choose the Add External Video button at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
3. Give the video a label, navigate to the file, and choose a colour. 
   
   
4. Then click OK to add the video. 

Collections

1. Open an existing Collection.
   
2. Choose Add file to this Collection button at the top left of the screen.
   
3. Give the file a label, navigate to the file, and choose a colour. 
   
4. Then click OK to upload the file.
