Starting a Remote Presentation
In the top right corner of the Hub you will see the Remote Presentations icon.
Once clicked, you will be presented with the option to Start Presentation.
Next, add a Title and Description and whether you would like to make it private, then click OK.
Once set up you will see a list of Invited and Active Participants who have joined the Remote Presentation.
Upon clicking OK you will see a red dot beside the Remote Presentations icon. This indicates a Remote Presentation is underway.
Navigate to the presentation you wish to present and begin the presentation.
Joining a Remote Presentation
If any presentations have been shared with you as Remote Presentations, you will see a red dot besides the Remote Presentations icon in the top right of the screen.
To join, click on the Remote Presentations icon and select the Join button next to the presentation you wish to join.
Click the OK button - you may want to continue with other tasks until the Remote Presentation begins.
When the Remote Presentation begins the presentation will be opened for Active Participants and the Presenter will control which clip is playing and when the video plays/pauses.
